About the role
Accountable for the branch portfolio, collection efficiency, compliance and staff development. This post is based at our Meycauayan Branch in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
What you will do
- Lead the branch team and deliver portfolio growth, collection efficiency and profitability targets
- Approve loan applications within the branch credit limit and chair the credit committee
- Coach account officers and collection staff on client handling and portfolio quality
- Ensure branch compliance with credit policy, AMLA and internal control standards
- Prepare branch budgets, manpower plans and monthly operations reports
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accountancy; MBA units an advantage
- At least 3 years supervisory experience in microfinance, lending or banking
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Willing to be relocated to any branch in the region

For as long as your application is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can consider you for other openings, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawing consent means we can no longer process your application.
