About the role
Field-based officer who builds and manages a portfolio of micro-entrepreneur borrowers within an assigned branch area. This post is based at our San Jose del Monte Branch in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.
What you will do
- Recruit micro-entrepreneurs and organise them into lending centers within the assigned area
- Conduct credit investigation and validate the business and household income of applicants
- Prepare loan documents and endorse applications to the branch credit committee
- Facilitate weekly center meetings, loan releases and financial literacy sessions
- Collect weekly amortizations and follow up past due accounts in the field
- Submit daily collection and portfolio quality reports to the branch manager
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or any related course
- At least 1 year experience in microfinance, lending or field collection
- Knows how to drive a motorcycle and has a valid driver's license
- Willing to do daily field work within the assigned branch area
- Good communication skills in Filipino and English

6. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawing consent means we can no longer process your application.
